When you register, we collect: name, email address, date of birth, address, team affiliation, and team role. When you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe — we do not store credit card details. When you use the desktop application with opt-in consent, we collect anonymized aggregated telemetry data (lap statistics, corner metrics, track identifiers, track map geometry).
3. Purpose of Processing
We process your data to: provide and maintain your account, manage your subscription and license keys, improve our AI algorithms (anonymized telemetry only), communicate important updates, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal Basis (GDPR Art. 6)
Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): Account management, subscription, license delivery.
Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): Security, fraud prevention, service improvement.
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): Optional telemetry data collection, marketing communications.
5. Third-Party Processors
We use the following third-party services:
• Supabase (database, authentication) — EU servers
• Stripe (payment processing) — PCI DSS compliant
• Vercel (website hosting) — edge network
• Cloudflare (DNS, DDoS protection)
All processors are bound by data processing agreements.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 30 days after deletion. Anonymized telemetry data is retained for a maximum of 24 months. Payment records are retained as required by tax law (typically 10 years for invoices).
7. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
• Access your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Request erasure (right to be forgotten)
• Restrict processing
• Data portability
