Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the TrackLab Engineer software and the tracklab.gg website, provided by TrackLab Systems (Philip Mruck).

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan (1, 6, or 12 months). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are available within 7 days of a new subscription. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but remain active until expiration.

Each subscription generates a unique license key for the desktop application. License keys are personal and non-transferable. Team licenses may only be distributed by the registered Team Chief. Abuse of license keys may result in account termination.

You may not: reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; share your license key with unauthorized users; use the software for any illegal purpose; attempt to circumvent license validation.

TrackLab Engineer, including all code, algorithms, databases, and branding, is the intellectual property of TrackLab Systems. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software during your subscription period.

TrackLab Engineer is provided as-is. We do not guarantee specific performance improvements. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period.

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the portal. Upon termination, your license remains valid until the end of the billing period.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of TrackLab Systems.
